Our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is a program that sets step-by-step instructions created to help our employees to carry out routine operations.
With these tools we aim to achieve efficiency, quality output and performance uniformity of our fragrances, while reducing miscommunication and failure to comply to industry standards & regulations.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are implemented to ensure that our fragrances are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards.
Our GMP program covers all aspects of production from the raw materials, premises and equipment to the training and personal hygiene of staff. Detailed, written procedures are essential for each process that could affect the quality of our finished product.
Every time a fragrance is made, there is proper documentation to prove that correct procedures are consistently followed at each step in the manufacturing process.

We implement all possible measures to ensure that we protect the environment; from material and packaging disposal, to the use of sustainable raw materials.
Our purpose is to maintain or improve the environment for generations to come.
